Z-LION Large Diameter Electroplated Sanding Discs for Ceramic

Large diameter electroplated sanding discs are mainly used on rotary table polishing machines for smoothing the foot ring or trimming and removing imperfections of ceramic tablewares such as cups, plates, bowls, etc.

Large diameter sanding discs are usually backed with rubberized magnet for easy mounting to metal wheel heads of lap grinders, but are available with velcro or PSA backing as well. Working surface of Z-LION large sanding discs are electroplated diamond sheet which combines the hardness of superhard material and the softness of traditional coated abrasives. Electroplated diamond work surface of large diamond discs has 100% diamond exposure, works much more aggressively than traditional abrasive sanding discs or resin discs. Electroplating technology holds each individual diamond in place adding longevity of the sanding discs.
