Z-LION Semirigid Electroplated Diamond Flap Discs for Stone & Construction

Semirigid electroplated diamond flap discs are suitable for use wet or dry on a wide variety of stone and construction materials including granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tile, etc. Can be used on a regular angle grinder or polishing machine for material removal, shaping and deburring, excellent for edge chamfering and beveling.

Diamond flap disc is a flap wheel with several diamond flaps overlapped sequenced along the rim of the base. The diamond flaps are small pieces of semirigid electroplated diamond sheets which have the advantages of flexible electroplated diamond sheets at the same time are even more aggressive and wear resistant.

• Can be used as substitute of cup wheels, but are easier to use and more forgiving than heavy cup wheels.
• User friendly, even grinding greatly reduces hand and arm vibrations of operator giving soft and smooth feel.

• Special structure design of flap discs dissipates heat quickly prevent it from getting overheated and loosing flaps.

Popular grits are 60# 120# 200# 400# coarse grit 30# and fine grits 600# 800# 1500# 3000# can be made as per request.

Bore size 22.23mm to fit regular angle grinder and clamp on just like a normal blade.
5/8-11 or M14 connection can be added as per request.
