Working surface of electroplated diamond Roloc discs is a piece of 2" or 3" electroplated diamond flexible sheet. Electroplated diamond flexible sheet is as soft as traditional abrasive sandpaper but works at faster rate and lasts for much longer time. It has 100% diamond exposure and uses electroplating technology to hold each individual diamond in place. Precise diamond placement provides better swarf removal and heat dissipation.
