Z-LION Diamond Emery Strips for Fabric Emerizing
Diamond emery strips are designed to work on textile sueding machines including Lafer, Lamperti, Mario Crosta, Mennum, etc. to get peach skin on fabrics. Universal Sueding machines with single drum or double drums one upon the other. Each drum with 24 sueding rollers covered with diamond emery strip. Diamond emery strip can be fitted to vertical, horizontal sueding machines as well.
Working surface of diamond emery strips is a long piece of electroplated flexible diamond sandpaper which have the following advantages:
• Combines the hardness of superhard material and the softness of traditional abrasive sandpapers.
• Last much longer than traditional abrasive sandpapers.
• Precise space diamond pellet placement and concentration for best swarf removal and heat dissipation.
• Works at fast rate because of 100% diamond exposure. Much more aggressive than sintered or resin polishing tools.
• Each individual diamond is held in place by electroplating technology, ensures long-lasting durability.
• High temperature resistant suitable for both dry and wet applications.
