Z-LION Semirigid Electroplated Diamond Polishing Pads For Stone & Construction
Semirigid electroplated polishing pads are mainly used on hand held polishers for polishing of granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tiles and other stone and construction materials.
Semirigid electroplated diamond pads come with metal substrate instead of fabric substrate, so they are more rigid than flexible electroplated polishing pads which means more aggressive and abrasion resistant than flexible electroplated pads. However, semirigid electroplated polishing pads also have the advantages of electroplated diamond sheets, that is, 100% diamond exposure and each individual diamond is held in place by electroplating technology as well as precise diamond placement for best swarf removal and heat dissipation.
