Flexible electroplated diamond flap discs are mainly used on a regular angle grinder or polishing machine for surface shaping and grinding or edge chamfering and beveling of a wide range of stone and construction materials including granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tile, etc.

Diamond flap disc is a flap wheel with several diamond flaps overlapped sequenced along the rim of the base. The diamond flap discs is a small piece of electroplated flexible diamond sheet which has the advantages of flexible, aggressive and durable as well as excellent swarf removal and heat dissipation. Those features make electroplated diamond flap discs having fast cutting speed and high stock removal rate, providing smooth and even grinding as well as nice and clean finish.

The detailed features of Z-LION flexible electroplated diamond flap discs are as follows:
• Electroplated diamond flaps with 100% diamond exposure make the discs very aggressive.
• Diamond flap discs provide much longer life than conventional abrasive flap discs, and they work much faster and easier.
• Flap discs can be used as substitute of cup wheels in some jobs, but they are easier to use and more forgiving than heavy cup wheels, as they limit vibrations and operator fatigue.
• The overlapped diamond flaps resharpen the flap discs continuously, provide smooth and even grinding as well as nice and clean finish with no chipping.
• The special structure design of flap discs dissipates heat quickly avoiding flap loosing.
• Can be used both wet and dry.
