Z-LION Turbine blades polishing belts are designed to be used on automatic belt grinding and polishing machines such as SPE and MTS of IMM Germany for polishing airfoil shapes, root and transition areas as well as the profiling of leading and trailing edges of aerospace turbine blades.

Features of Z-LION diamond sanding belts for automatic polishing machines are as follows:
• Flexibility of the belt allows it to fit the contact wheel perfectly so as to grinding, linishing, deburring and polishing of the most sophisticated turbine blade geometries whilst maintaining tight tolerances.
• Low-stretch flexible backing adds accuracy and flexibility to the polishing belt, helps to achieve highest accuracy and polishing quality that aerospace industry requires.
• Butt splice joint increases strength of the polishing belt, nice clean finish on the surface of the joint ensures smooth and accurate polishing.
• With high diamond exposure electroplated working surface, heavy stock removal can be achieved to ensure high productivity.
